Zettelabs Terms of Use

These terms cover the zettelabs.app site and the mobile apps Zettelabs publishes on Google Play. By using the site or the apps you accept these terms.

1. Using the apps

Our apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reverse engineer them, copy and redistribute them, or use them for unlawful purposes. Google Play’s own terms also apply.

2. Ads

Our apps are free and supported by ads. Ads are served through Google AdMob; what data is collected is described in each app’s privacy policy.

3. Your photos and content

You keep the rights to your photos and the content you create. Photos are processed on your device and not sent to us. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the content you process.

4. No warranty

The apps and the site are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. In apps that delete files (such as CleanPix), we recommend backing up important photos before deleting.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zettelabs is not liable for indirect damages, or for loss of data or missed alarms, arising from use of the apps or the site. For time-sensitive features such as alarms, your device settings and system restrictions can affect the outcome.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and the effective date changes.
