Common questions

Is CirclePix paid?

No. It is free and supported by ads. Pro styles unlock for a limited time after you watch a rewarded ad.

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. The background cut-out runs on your phone. The model is downloaded once through Google Play services; your photos are never sent.

Where do my saved photos go?

In the Pictures/Profile Picture Maker folder of your gallery. Photos taken with the in-app camera go to Pictures/CameraX-Image.

Why does it ask for the camera permission?

Only when you choose to use the in-app camera. It is not needed to pick a photo from the gallery.

Do I need to create an account?

No. It asks for no account, email address or phone number.
